2. The Transfer
Once you receive a phone call/lead of a customer from your lead generation campaign, you would then send us the inbound/transferred phone call (Preferred) or the lead form of the client. In which, one of our appointment setting specialists will qualify the lead (must be homeowner or decision maker, must be looking for a roof repair or roof replacement, etc. ) and set an appointment. Once the lead is marked as qualified, the payout will be sent to the affiliate for providing the phone call/lead.

Service Request Requirements
It is prohibited for service requests to originate from computer-generated sources (such as robots, spiders, scripts, etc.) or to be obtained using deceptive or unclear language intended to entice users to provide their contact details.
It is prohibited to provide incentives for service requests (including but not limited to those made in exchange for cash, refunds, entry into sweepstakes, awards, etc.).
The use of ad creative, the purchase of keywords that violate any trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of third parties, including rival brands' names, or the inclusion of dynamic keywords are prohibited methods for generating service requests.
It is not permitted for customers who are younger than eighteen to request services.
It is not permitted to submit service requests via Craigslist or other online classified ad platforms.
No marketing or lead generation using SMS, Smart Messaging, EMS, MMS, or any other kind of text messaging service or protocol may be the source of service requests.
Landing Page Conditions
A service that links users and/or consumers with service providers is provided by Service Direct. There are no services that Service Direct provides directly. Along with the foregoing, any creative utilized on landing pages should clearly indicate this distinction:
Any creative utilized on the landing pages of Call Seller's website should have a generic brand and not suggest in any way that Service Direct is handling the desired service.
There CANNOT be any phony testimonials or reviews.
Any assertions or claims that cannot be supported cannot be made.
Superlatives such as largest, lowest, highest, finest, cheapest, etc. are not permitted to be used by affiliates.
Affiliates CANNOT utilize any brand or content that would be considered misleading based on the service that Call Buyer provides.
Affiliates are NOT permitted to provide any assurances about the caliber of work or services rendered.
Avoid using the word "free" when referring to estimates, consultations, services, etc.
DO NOT offer any pricing recommendations (e.g., low prices, best prices, reasonable prices, etc.).
Include a disclaimer outlining the nature of the service (which is essentially connecting customers with service providers) and stating that all contractors and providers are independent, that we make no warranties or guarantees regarding the quality of the work done, and that it is the customer's responsibility to confirm the service provider's eligibility for the services.
